Wellone Scituate

Had my annual check up and it was wonderful. I checked in and was taken right to an exam room, they even placed me in an extra large room because I have my service dog with me! Dr. Linda was through and made great suggestions for additional steps. Over all a great visit.

1 year ago, I was seen by Dr. Pandi In the Scituate office. She was performing a root canal on my lower tooth. She ran out of time as she said, and needed to finish the procedure a week later. In the mean time I began to get very sick and decided to go to RI hospital where I was diagnosed with Osteomyelitis of the jaw! I ended up with a pic line and several days of hospital in patient care. Basically could of killed me. Two weeks ago, I decided to go back to the office because I could not find another office in RI that accepted my dental insurance. I was told I needed a root canal once again and to come back the following week. I am employed with USPS and we have been working 60+ hours a week pushing medication and many other important items. The post office refused to allow me to take the day off so I unfortunately missed my appointment. The following day I was called by the office of wellone and told I could not be seen ever again by the office because I missed my appointment.n- today I woke up to go to work and half my face was swollen up to my eye. I called dr. Pandi on call and was basically told the same thing. She refuses to treat me and my only option was to remove my teeth! She called me in an antibiotic, blind folded as to what she was prescribing me for and was extremely rude to me on the phone. I’ve never in my life been refused treatment,especially after I’ve already had osteomyelitis and almost died, she didn’t care about that. All she cared about was the fact that I missed my appointment and they lost “money”.nDuring this pandemic all of us front line workers have been working so hard that most of us have hardly anytime to breathe so honestly, I don’t see why the doctor wouldn’t understand that. Please save yourself and refrain from this office as I will be reporting my situation to the DOH.

Dr pandi is the BEST Dentist iN THE WORLD!!nShe is a genius at what she does.nBest DENTIST I have EVER been to in 40 years.nNothing to fear you are in EXCELLENT hands with her.. Makes you feel soo comfortable and does AMAZING work:).

The Dental Front desk is awesome

I waited 45 minutes for an appointment and after 45 minutes I didn’t see the receptionist and I finally left- then they called me and asked me why I left? They didn’t even say -sorry to have kept you waiting or anything! I don’t mind waiting 10 to 20 minutes but 45 is unacceptable-time for a new dr- they acted like I was wrong for leaving! Unbelievable
