I have been taking my elderly Toyota here for at least eight years and I truly hate having to take it anywhere else (sometimes the logistics just aren't working and so Valvoline has to do). Such kind, empathetic, knowledgeable people who want to work with you to find your solution. They're working with me right now, in fact. Can't say enough about them. The only other mechanic shop I've had this level of service at is Mulzer's Car Care in North Kingstown.

I've gone here for about 15 years. I do 90% of my own work on my vehicle, but I bring it here for the rest. They have always been fair. They are great for state inspections! They don't find random things that don't really need to be fixed like other shops.
