Best gym!! Owner is great, so caring and a great motivator! First place I have been and felt like I am really cared about as a person. Everyone is so friendly, a nice place to workout and gained a second family who is on the same journey..

Luv this place- finally a gym that I look forward to going to. Heidi is awesome as well as all her helpers and all the people are so friendly. If you want a great workout, great people to be around, and no drama --this is your gym!!!

Heidi and the crew are absolutely phenomenal! They are knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition and truly care. I have seen them make huge impacts on the lives of many people and are the BEST! If you want to find a stellar fitness program w reasonable rates and too notch instructors, this is the place for you!

For anyone looking to gym this gym, I’m highly disappointed..nnI went to cancel my membership within the 3 day period in my contract. I had signed for the membership on the 8th but on the contract where it asks “were there any promises or special arrangements outside the agreement and the program guidelines offered to you? If so explain what they are:”nWe had agreed and written in that I would be starting later due to a different kickboxing program I was in. The person Mike said that’s fine but I need to sign the paper that day the 8th or I would lose my spot in my gym and my official start day would be the 20th.nI signed up for this program because of the pictures they used on Facebook are of a full gym with a lot of kickboxing bags, when I signed up for the gym we weren’t allowed a Tour because a class was in session, so when I started the 20th and went to the gym I realized it was completely different and didn’t have any of the equipment or bags they advertised online. I tried to go the first 2 days of my contact to see if I liked it and I didn’t, so I went to cancel my membership on the 22nd which was my second day of starting and the owner Heidi Audet said she doesn’t do the refunds we have to go Mike Mendez who signed us up. He said we would look into it on the 22nd and said there shouldn’t be an issue. It’s now the 26th almost 27th and he will not answer my phone calls and Heidi will not deal with it. I just want my refund back. I’m within my contract.
