Both of my sons attend Emerge and they absolutely love it! They are great with the kids teaching them respect, discipline, how to defend themselves and having lots of fun while doing it!

Always have a great time at Emerge Martial Arts. Lou challenges you to achieve your goals in a positive way. He cares a lot about what he does and it shows. You'll learn about proper form and technique in addition to calorie burning workouts. I highly recommend training here!
