I have used Dr Chats and he is willing to sit and listen to my concerns. My Mil had surgery with Dr Lubin and he was very good.

Doctor Lubin is good but the receptionists are always terrible, they are very rude and unprofessional. They did not enforce any covid distancing or precautions for the first few months of quarantine, most of the time had their masks off while talking to patients and are overall very unpleasant to talk to whether in person or over the phone. I would not recommend coming here.

The scheduling staff is amazing, the nurse I dealt with was amazing, but the doctor was horrible. I don’t appreciate going to see a urologist after chronic UTIs only to have him tell me that it’s all in my head because I had one negative culture out of three. He even went so far as to tell me that I need to be medicated. I will not be returning and I highly suggest you go else where.

1st time I went I fell asleep in the back room waiting for the doctor,he did awaken me. 2nd time I almost fell asleep in the waiting room. If you have time to waste and bored this is the place to go. appointment book means nothing. walked out without being seen

The staff there is very rude and unprofessional, is too bad because Dr. Lubin is a good Dr. Very professional and very knowledgeable but is a shame that they hire people that show no compassion or understanding for their patients. Good luck having them fill out paperwork like TDI or short term disability for you. They take their sweet time and you have to be on top of them for them to do their job
