Tried to make an appointment 2 months ago they say they're over booked and will call me back. They never called back. Called a minute ago and tried again this time letting them know it is now an emergency, no help the girl who answered was completely clueless

The Dentist is so caring. She actually listens.. I suffered severe tooth loss within a few years because of illness. It was devastating. Yet the helped make it easier for me to accept and find options .

Just had wisdom teeth out (the procedure required cutting gum as it was not fully surfaced and they drilled etc - not a normal easy procedure) very puffy and jaw in extreme pain pain level is 9 so I called for my options for pain management the doctor did a phone interview and said she could do Tylenol and ibuprofen. When I asked how many mg ibuprofen she said 600 and I asked can you do the 800 ( asked twice) and what does she do- sends in the 600mg! Unbelievable how they treat you the pain management is lacking and they treat you like a drug seeker . I take ZERO daily meds. Patients deserve respect and not downplayed for pain management!!!

The absolute worst place ever. Look for somewhere else to go when it comes to x-rays and wisdom teeth extracts. They did my consultation and didn’t tell me exactly how many teeth were affected, nor which ones that needed to be extracted. All they said was “yup it’s that one” then got me out of the room in two seconds. Then had my extraction done today & WASN’T PRESCRIBED ANY PAIN KILLER’s whatsoever . Then you go to call and ask, THEY DONT EVEN PICK UP THE PHONE. Left me in scorching pain..
