Ms. Pierpont, the Sugarcreek branch manager, always has a smile on her face, always has a kind word to say, and is always helpful. I believe her humble, willingness to lead by example is one of the reasons all of the staff consistently have smiles on their faces when I go in the building. I am so thankful for everyones kindness and helpfulness there and that encourages me and my family to want to visit our library regularly.
Nice little library. A librarian ran out after us asking about books our kids were looking at, but since we left them inside it was no biggie. Their Wi-Fi works good and you can use it for an hour. Kids were happy they had all the Minecraft crafting manuals.
Love the service u get when u go in! The lady's always have smiles on their faces!! One small complaint I would have is that so many of the dvds are scratched to the point u can't watch them. But overall great library!
