Order placed would take 30-35 minutes to deliver. An hour later I called and told delivery person would be there in a few minutes. 30 minutes later I called again and was told driver must have taken another order before mine and would be there in a few minutes. Delivery arrived and I expressed my disappointment with the 1-3/4 hour delivery and lies. Driver dismissed because they were busy. Took pizza in house and found pizza looked like it was dropped and compressed to a 1/2 size cold pizza. I called and was told they could remake. Yippee!!! I will now have to wait another 30-35 minutes.

I ordered during the superbowl and was amazed with the efficiency inside the restaurant while waiting. I got home to realize I was given pepperoni rolls instead of our pizza. Before I could call, they called and sent out our pizza with a driver. The manager on duty did a phenomenal job managing the employees, orders, drivers and running all the ovens. Job well done to all the staff!

I placed an order tonight for pick up and was told 35 minutes because they were busy. I arrive 35 minutes later the lady asks my name and takes my payment and tells me they are still working on it she will have it out shortly. Fast forward 30 more minutes as I watch them make a couple items of mine wrong still no food no going on an hour plus from the time the order was placed. They were so unorganized in there and the moods were terrible not good customer service at all. Now the food let’s just say your better off going to somewhere else anywhere else if you want a good salad that has some ingredients other than just a couple slices of chicken and all frozen lettuce. I can’t believe the owner of coccas lets this store run like this. We have tried to give them business over and over and never have really had good service but we keep trying. I can say after tonight I think they lost our business for awhile if not for good. I would give them a zero it is that bad there but you can’t.

Their garlic pizza was amazingly delicious! Their mango habanero wings were the best I've ever eaten and the garden salad was huge and very well stacked with a multitude of fresh vegetables! Cocca's is fantastic!
