I went there to pay my brother's ticket. One tail light was out and it was $142. The bailiff told me to go to the second floor and register at the Kiosk. When I did that it told me to go the the window, I went to the window and was the only one there. Two women were sitting at their desks. I waited over 30 minutes before the one on the right got up, gave the one on the left a dirty look and waited on me. Each one answered the phone once while I was there so they were not busy and seen me there. This probably was not the first time they did this. They and their supervisor really should be evaluated because somebody is not doing their job.
I have never met such a money grubbing speeding ticket system. Such a dirty and crooked way to generate revenue on people who are only going 2 mph over the limit!?! Ridiculous!
The clerk was rude, unable to give direct answers, and Didn’t want to be accountable for timelines.
With regards to the camera tickets, they are overstepping due process, but they don't care.
