The employees were so helpful and happy! There are other UPS stores closer to my house but I will drive a little further to go back to the Tallmadge store. Definitely a great experience.
Kate was extremely helpful. We needed notary, copies, fax and overnight mail for a retirement package. All very carefully done. And she rushed out to hold the driver so the package would be there in the morning. And the place is clean and COVID protocols are meticulously followed. Glad they opened near us.
The staff are so helpful,made it very easy and quick to help me with everything I needed to do, to ship my package international, it took 10 days to arrive. I sent a package using usps to the same address and 3 weeks later it's still not there,I know I'll be using ups from now onnnGood news the package that i sent usps has finally arrived aprox 8 - 10wks after sending it. So I still suggest you send your packages via UPS
The owner of this store is so nice, it was my first time going somewhere other than the post office to ship something, and I had thought about going to FedEx. I am glad I chose this UPS store location, as I got immediate and friendly service. I will be coming back for my future shipping needs!
