I must say how impressed I was with the care and attention that I received today on my vision evaluation. with Dr. Michelle Dawson. I have been wearing glasses for years and found the doctor to be very educational and explained my vision loss beyond any previous eye evaluation I have ever received. Look forward to my new glasses arriving soon!
When the doctor came in, she didn’t even say “hello”. Just went straight into questioning me about having my eyes dialated. There was absolutely no “bedside manner” or even genuine human kindness. I figured I’d just get through the exam and get out of there.nnOnce I went to check out, they notified me that I would have to pay $50 for a contact fitting - when all I asked for was a glasses prescription. I told them that I already had boxes of contacts so I didn’t need it. They insisted that I had to pay the $50 because I wore contacts prior to the appointment. They assumed that I wanted a contact fitting when all I asked for was a glasses prescription.nnAfter arguing with staff, they still did not concede to make things right. Waiting on an office manager to get back in next week, but given the patient service so far, I’m not holding my breath. Would not recommend at all. Save yourself the trouble from another office just out to get money.
Always receive great service from them! They are absolutely wonderful, patient and always so helpful! I love coming here and would highly recommend others to visit as well to get their vision needs met!
Wonderful people, helpful front desk staff and always friendly. Dr Dave is great and explains things well.
Love this place! They really take good care of you and care about your eyes! Very clean and nice staff!
