Did a great job, but didn't finish it. And both owners have now blocked my number on their phones, so even though I paid MORE than they asked for, and I was assured during quarantine they would not forget about me, they did.nnAgain, the work they actually did was great. What happened since is the reason for the rating.
Great prices, Great installation service. My flooring turned out better than i could have imagined. We were referred by a neighbor who was very satisfied by their hardwood refinishing services. One of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had with contractors. Brandon is extremely professional, and helpful. If i could give 6 stars I would.
I had Discount Flooring Depot refinish my entire house of hardwood floors and the job was terrible. Floors are rough and the stain color is uneven. The stairs have streaks and are a completely different color than the floors. Don't be fooled by their great prices, they're cheap for a reason. Everything they did was sloppy and unprofessional. I has a bunch of properties that the floors were refinished and this was by far the worst refinishing job!
Extremely professional and attentive. Rachel walked me through my flooring purchase from start to finish, and found me the best product within my budget.
