Went in tonight and Darren in appliances helped me. He was nice and explained perfectly. I get my new washer and dryer in a week and can't wait! I had gone to the Citrus heights lowes the day before and the older (50's is, balding brown haired guy with glasses) was highly rude, that's why I went to the Folsom location and was very pleased! Darren is great!
