Just a quick feedback on the services provided by Unlimited Vacations on my recent skiing trip to Vail. Your team is always spot on with their recommendations and services to fit our budgets. Our group enjoyed a seamless transition from CLE to the slopes and all parts in between. From the flight schedules to the transfers and lodging, Unlimited Vacations ensured our group was taken care of so that we could focus on skiing and all around fun. I will not plan another trip without the help of Julie and Unlimited Trips/ Unlimited Vacations & Cruises. She is so good helping me narrow down my trip options asking the right questions. Then analyzing the best days and flights, while finding the best prices. She has the experience to know that sometimes saving $50 will cause more headaches with short layovers, or perpetual late flights on certain airlines. Once I forgot my papers to go to Mexico. Called her at 4am from the airport and she was able to digitally get me what I needed to continue on my trip. The value of having a reputable travel agent truly saves money and time. The entire staff there is so knowledgeable and friendly. I can't wait for the next trip!
Julie was incredibly helpful in booking our honeymoon from start to finish! She made the whole process so easy and took care of everything for us so we could focus on our wedding.
