Chima Travel

My wife and I have used Chima Travel for both Domestic and International travel.We found them to be efficient and effective. They investigate all available travel options and clearly articulate the pros and cons of each allowing you to make an informed choice. They also develop plans that are flexible which allows you the ability to adjust them if your needs change. I have recommended them to my family and friends and will continue to do so in the future.

I cannot say enough about Brian Chima from Chima Travel. I had to fly from Cleveland to Dubai for a job and wanted to come home for Christmas in 2020. He helped me every step of the way from finding a lab that helped me get my PCR test results back quickly to boarding and everything! We were in constant contact and he helped calm me when I wasn't sure I could do it and I did it! Thank you, Brian, and I will stop by and see you when I am back in Ohio next time! WOW! 11/10 recommend booking any and all trips through Chima Travel. Truly unbelievable service. My husband and I were so defeated after several negative experiences with different travel agencies while trying to plan our honeymoon. One conversation with Brian, our travel agent at Chima Travel, and all of our worries disappeared. Brian was absolutely, unbelievably wonderful. Due to COVID-19, we faced so many unknowns and so many obstacles. Brian worked with us constantly and was available for us at any time of any day. He checked in with us constantly, took care of any and all issues that we encountered, and constantly went above and beyond his job requirements. We changed our trip last minute (literally, just days before we were supposed to leave!) due to new USA travel restrictions, and Brian worked tirelessly for an entire day making sure that every thing was correct and taken care of for us. He checked in on us periodically throughout our trip, making sure that everything was still going as planned. And when our connecting flight was canceled on our trip back home, he notified us before the airline did, he booked our hotel/Uber, and he arranged our new flights for the following day. Truly can’t say enough good things about this company and about our agent, Brian. If you are on the fence about using a travel agency, I promise that it will be the best decision you have ever made booking your trip through Chima Travel. My husband and I will never again attempt to plan any trips without this agency.
