Utterly unimpressed...nnI took a ring to Shulans with two missing stones that needed repaired.nnI took the same piece to them four months ago and they gave me a quote, but they said they needed to re-observe the piece.nnAfter two weeks with my ring in their possession, they called me explaining that my ring was ready to be picked up, and that they were not willing to work on it because it was too fragile and costly.nnI went to pick up my ring, and when they returned my ring to me, it was now three missing stones.nnSomewhere in their possession and care, another diamond fell out.nnI would not recommend taking your jewelry to this place. They are not willing to even quote out a repair and your piece may come back in worse condition like mine did.nnThe lady completely brushed off the fact that another diamond was missing.nnI am still in shock, and completely unimpressed with every aspect of their business. I will be sharing this interaction with many people in the Fairlawn area.

So personal! Great people willing to answer your questions and they don't pressure you. Skip those big box guys that recruit sales people only motivated by commissions. This is a family business. They give you lots of options. Go see for yourself.
