I bought my girlfriend a ring from here for Christmas. One of the tiny stones fell out and they were very very quick to replace it. They didn’t have me stand in line or check out they just took the old and put the new one right on her finger. They are so so so nice!

Awful store not helpful and rude employees. I went to exchange a charm they told me it was discontinued and couldn't do it. She's asked where I go normally I am like Crocker Park or Jared. Oh Jared has last years's charms she stated. I'm like No they have everything current. I went over to Crocker and returned it no issues. I will never go back here!!! RUDE People!! I will be back to Crocker, Jared or the Monroeville location. They are nicer and more helpful!
