The store is very clean and merchandise is all in view and very pretty. Love the lighting in the store, it makes the jewelry sparkle very nicely. LEXI was the store associate who worked with me this week, and she was fantastic. Not only did she help me pick out the perfect ring, but she helped me get a kay credit card and really made the entire purchase process easy and fantastic.

I would advise you to ensure your representative puts notes in your account of everything they say you that’s included and take pictures of notes applied to your account. Beware of some representatives (okay at best in store service) but good In store manager follow-up with upper management. I Wouldn’t say they resolved our issue but instead been accommodating to the situation. Store manager had great recommendations for my wife.

Wonderful experience, after Jared was not willing to work with me, on a trade up, after being a long-time Customer! Picked out a wide, diamond band that was altered to accommodate a mounting for my center stone. I wasn’t the happiest, with the initial work that was done. However, Jessie was extremely patient with me, kept in constant contact with me throughout the entire process, and told me to return the ring ASAP, for their jeweler to re-do some of the work. The ring was completed fairly quickly and the ring now looks fabulous!! I couldn’t have asked for a more reasonable price, for such a beautiful piece! Jessie and Nikki were absolutely wonderful to work with!!
