Purchased a watch from this store. When I returned it and tried to get another, the sales associate told me I’d get the same 25% off. After 3 weeks of me calling in and not getting a response, I was told that they wouldn’t honor that. Poor customer service all around.

I went to Zales looking for a ring for my girlfriend so I can propose next month. Christina at Zales made sure to stay within my limited budget and never pressured me to buy anything out of or close to the top end of my budget. She took the time to sit with me and understand exactly what I wanted and needed in order to make it the easiest process she could. Id highly recommend the Zales at summit mall.
