The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, experienced, and very helpful. Every day, they work together with both contractors as well as do-it-yourselfers. So, they've always got the answers you need and tips you can use!nnWe got a beautiful waterproof vinyl plank kitchen floor at a great price. We liked it so much that we used the extra pieces - and bought an extra box - to redo a bathroom. And then, the very next year (almost to the day), we came back to grab some stunning luxury laminate flooring to lay over 30+ year old, scratched-up,hardwood floors in the den.nnWe did all of the work, ourselves, (it's super easy) and saved a boat-load of money on it all. We're over-the-moon with all of our results. And we'll be back again and again!
The store manager, Allen, was exceptional. I worked with a few other LL stores as our project was out of state. The salespeople at other stores were not nearly as helpful. Allen was always willing to take the extra step to solve any problem. He was willing to get creative with solutions to get my project done. I highly suggest asking for Allen to get your job done.
The salesperson sold us on light large tiles for small kitchen and white grout, he completed said it will clean easily??? Really I should’ve known being in the floor care business this is nothing but further from the truth making it extremely hard for homeowners to keep grout from looking dingy without hiring a professional company to come clean regularly. It’s only been installed just a few months ago and now our white grout looks dark dirty brown. We’re very unhappy to say the least!!!!
Large variety of flooring and reasonably pricing.
Great selection, better prices than anyone else and believe me I've looked around. The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable.
