We are thrilled with out new family room. The home addition blends perfectly with the interior as well as the exterior of our home. Excellent builders very detailed

The decision to renovate and refresh our 200-year-old family farmhouse was difficult. We did not want to loose the integrity and historical charm of our home. Our home had several additions added on over the years. Our hope was to have the new renovations blend seamlessly with the historical charm of the original main home without it looking like renovations. Too many Designers and Builders want to modernize the old to new. That’s not what we wanted for our historical family home. Tim Franklin, his project manager Chris Janca, and the team of craftsmen got it. They listened to our needs and wants while respectfully guiding and educating us through the project in the proper way to accomplish them. As the owner, Tim’s unique way of seeing the project and verbalizing it for us to see in our mind was amazing. He then created it on paper, and executed it by overseeing every step and detail, even answering every text and call promptly was such a comfort.nnChris’s managing of the crew on every detail was impressive to see. They cleaned and straightened up every step of the way. They respected of our family home, it’s antiques, the 200 yr old original floors, doors and finishing’s was such a comfort. We ended this project right on time and budget and could not be happier. Our expectations and needs were well exceeded.nnToday you would never know where the additions to the farmhouse accrued. For example, the beams in the sunroom have been hand carved and each one placed to hug the uneven walls and ceilings with great detail to match the original 200-year-old beams. The floors have been married, stained and blended to match perfectly with the original floors, and so much more. We could not be happier and will now be adding additional projects.
