A great place to get hands on with electronics. Store staff are friendly and informative. I’ve purchased from here several times. The prices are competitive and it’s nice to make the purchase and have the item in your hand instead of waiting on shipping.nnIf you’re a regular customer be sure to register for their rewards program and you’ll receive frequent discounts and coupons. We were asked if we needed assistance in every department we visited without them being overbearing and trying to sell us things we were just browsing. The staff was very professional and helped us with everything we needed. So helpful we went back the next day to purchase the same bundle.

Best Buy customer service is excellent. There is always someone close by to help. Even when it's not their department, the employees make sure to get you what you need. Best Buy also has great deals and the Geek Squad protection is a must have for every product. Seriously, spend the extra money and get the 3 year protection. It literally does not matter what happens to the product, they will fix it or replace it.nnThe one thing I will say though is that Best Buy is for seeing a product physically. I never go to Best Buy to browse for a product that I'm interested in. I always do my research on what it is I'm looking for and once I have narrowed my decision down to 2 or 3 brands, I go to Best Buy to see and feel the products in person. Do not go to Best Buy without any knowledge of what you're looking for. You will be upselled. But that's understandable because they are sales associates.

I buy all my electronics there except for little bits and pieces and adapters and stuff like that. There's always someone knowledgeable to steer me toward what I need. Most of the time they will price match Amazon and I don't have to wait for delivery.
