Friendly and helpful.nnUpdate. Last time I was there in February 2021 it looked like a going out of business sale. Many guitars gone and no replacements to sell. The acoustic room was only about half stocked. I understand the chain has a huge amount of debt and owned by a hedge fund. I hope they survive.

I've honestly had some souring experience with Guitar Center in the past but recently had an absolutely great experience all thanks to Eric the guitar tech and will continue to go back. I feel like he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my service. He was willing to hear me out with my questions and was very knowledgable and informative with everything from the basics to the minutia. Good customer service is pretty sparse these days but Eric did top notch work and was great to work with.

Very clean. Very well spaced for social distancing. Prices are higher than other local places or online stores, not the quality is far beyond the price difference. Awesome selection. Will be back

Love this place and the staff. Selection has been a little lacking for my particular tastes but the service is awesome, and they are decent people.

Purchased a used amplifier that was sent from this location. When amp arrived, it did not have the necessary (and proprietary) power supply in order to turn the amplifier on. Folks online were helpful, notifying the store and having them find the necessary power supply and I was told it would be overnighted. However, the store did not overnight the cord, it was sent via standard ground shipping. At this point, I've had an amp for a week that I cannot power on... Like having a car delivered without keys.nI understand mistakes happen, but not overnighting the power supply is unacceptable on the part of this location, even more so in that I was assured it would be. Very disappointed.
