We order about 60-100 dollars worth of food from here maybe 1-2 times a month sometimes more. The last I’d say 3 times they’ve messed up our orders, didn’t give us the extras we’ve added, missing food. We call the last time and ask for a manager trying to explain what was wrong and we dealt with the worst so called manager of any store or experience I’ve had yet. He dogged my girlfriend repeatedly argued with her saying how the food wasn’t wrong even when we said we can give him the sand which back we just wanted it made right and then he hung up and tried to tell us there was no corporate. That’s Rodney.
This crew at the Tusc store is great. I've been hospitalized off and on for 2 years, and when I'm tired of hospital food, I will order my JimmyJohn sandwich to be delivered. I like it made a certain way, and they never get it wrong. They are fast, and always very nice on the phone. Rodney took my order the last time, and he's so patient while I give all my hospital room detail, etc. Never rushes me. Thanks, West Tusc crew!!

Do not go! 3 of 10 people got diarrhea and vomited all night after eating their sandwiches. When called and complained, the owner David was absolutely horrible and unsympathetic.
Great subs and sizes! Little pricey but great food and service!
