The only reason I gave them one star is because I have to. In order to leave a review. Worse rental service ever. They blow you up show up at your house. Knowing that we told them when we got our stuff that we wanted set up for a month later on the 25th explained that we would only be able to pay then cause we pay our bills out of our first pay and that my husband only gets paid twice a month. Now they are threatening to report it stolen. Which is a civil matter. Not legal. I know the laws now stop calling me.

They bug a boos and will block they number and call you private everyday multiple times. They don’t wear masks or follow covid protocols. Do not recommend. First time renting furniture or anything and I will never do it again !!

Love that I rented from them . The stuff is very helpful, if I'm ever late they work with me. The staff is very knowledgeable about all there products. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

Amazing experience until my washer quit working. I called almost 2 weeks ago and was told service person would come look at it and still nothing. I'm paying my payments still but I am paying for something that ain't working. I'm having to go to a laundry mat to clean my clothes. Tom is a great guy though I have dealt with him before with my sectional and also has great communication when it comes to something wrong!

My husband& are both disabled immune compromised we ordered a reclining sofa . Mark & Larry delivery people came out no mask dropped the couch without even showing us how to work it . After they left we discovered the left side of couch would not recline my husband called the store immediately. Today Malcom came out what a wonderful representative for arrons . He discovered a piece of cardboard they left in couch keeping it from reclining. Not only did malcom fix the problem of the other workers he took time to show us how it worked we had no idea it reclined all the way . Then he gave us information on aarons club benefits. In our opinion this man Malcom needs to be in management as he is above & beyond a outstanding representative for Aarons. The other two guys obviously need fired or retrained !
