Cameron Cubilla is the best! Visited store on 2/25/21 with a relatively unusual request for a dual SIM card enabled new phone with personal and business lines enabled on the SIM cards. Even Verizon technical support was challenged by the set up. Cameron was endlessly patient, kind and helpful as we went through the process. In addition the store was very busy and he impressively multi tasked and kept all the customers happy. For any necessary in person assistance, I will definitely return to this store location and ask for Cameron. He is a great reflection on Verizon and the authorized retailer; a valuable asset to the company!
I can’t thank Xavier enough for all of his help. I had so many complications with my phone and he helped me through it all in a very positive and professional manner. In all my years working with Verizon, I’ve never been helped by such a great person! You can tell he genuinely wants to help you.

Came in to the store and Xavier was so awesome he was very patient and understanding and took the time to find us the best deal and to set up our phone and add another line and usually in customer service people are rude and impolite and matte of fact the last time we were In here Cameron was amazing as well he was so helpful and sweet and considerate to the situation at hand and we appreciate it very much that’s rare to find in customer service and coming her it was a perfect amazing authentic experience
Great customer service both times we visited recently! Alexis was very knowledgeable, quick, and super helpful! Dave was ready for us and very helpful with the process! This is a great store management was present and very kind also. We didn't have the painful wait like other stores. I highly recommend this store and team.
