I had my son's pictures taken in school was not very happy with the pictures at all so I called the number they offered to redo it again remind you I paid over $100 for these so I expect that it would not be cut out of the picture and then I could see his name his grade in the year since I paid extra for these along with any touch-ups as he's a teenager which I also paid extra for I waited for another 2 to 3 weeks and yet again they sent me the same package but this time his skin tone was little darker which was his normal skin tone so yet again I called them this time I went into the store they gave me exactly what I wanted for his pictures they do the package I wanted which they don't usually offer at the school since he is an older child I was very happy with the new pictures they came out amazing put on top of it they gave me the other two packages for free I would recommend Lifetouch to anyone as I am a photographer and I am very picky about my pictures when I brought them in they nailed it right on the head and then they actually sent me a shot of him on my cell phone so that I can have it because I wasn't going to the pictures until after Christmas they also give me copyrights to all the pictures that I had taken for both of my kids couldn't be any happier well worth the drive to Lakeville

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company demands all the derision of the world. The pictures of my son look undeniably awful. He isn't smiling and looks terrified. Makes me wonder what the photographer said to him. Do NOT give a dime to this company. Boycott them. They care about one thing and only one thing. MONEY.

Terrible pictures taken of my son and representative that stated they would call back still has not called us back to rectify our problem (4 wks later) and also stated they only do retakes in their office. Which means I have to lose a day of work and pull my son from his school day... Not what I would expect with how much they make off the sales of these pictures...
