I feel a need to post and give this business a little credit where it is deserved. Seeing as the last review is based purely on the fact there is an "unpaid bill" the customer has said he has paid. There is no way to verify the validity of this person. What I can say is that I have had a tremendous experience with this company. I have kept my stuff stored here for at least 8 years now and have yet to have a problem. Whenever I called ahead to discuss a problem I would be foreseeing, they immediately worked with me. I would suggest storing your stuff here as I have never had a problem with a break-in, the site is kept very clean, and the management is always happy to help when there is a problem at hand. 1 terrible review from a one sided story shouldn't be the reason you have a 1 star. Every company has there good days and bad days, just as every customer does too.
This review is all thanks to storage management.... I suggest you do not have these guys manage your business or if your looking for a storage unit don't deal with these guys at all or and place this company is in valved in here's why... they sent me to collections and will not work with me at all... I left my storage unit empty and told the managers at the time I will be out by the end of the month when I gave them my last payment, before my last month was up I had everything moved out and the unit clean for the next customer. This company that now manages the units I used to be in claim I have a unpaid bill from 2014 and sent me to collections this year in 2019.. so if you want to go with this place for your self in any way shape or form good luck and I hope what I'm going through right now does not happen to you because they are not willing to work with me at all even though they can't them selves tell me why I have an unpaid bill.
