One of the nicest businesses in Hartville and that is saying something. They always greet you with a smile and by name when you walk in the door. ALL of the staff is very friendly and offer to help you in any way. I live close by, but would drive if I needed to do my dry cleaning with City Cleaners! Thank you!
I love that they are able to properly identify & greet me by my correct name when I come in. My items are clean & I enjoyed their free healthcare special That they ran in May.
Great job!!!! I had several items, a few items were aged and they took the time to call me and give me a choice to have them done or not, because they may have not turned out because of there age. I decided to wait. They are so friendly and informative. Quick, beautiful job. Well definitely use them from now on for my dry cleaning needs. Highly recommend.
I only recently in the last 3 months started taking my things to the city cleaners. I'd never heard of it before and I do go out of my way to take my dry cleaning to them. Because my cleaner closed in the town that I live in. And all of the experiences I've had with City cleaners have been very pleasant. The staff is always cordial and very friendly.
I love walking in the door here. The employees are the happiest, friendliest people. They always greet you with a smile and are very sweet. I always walk out of there with a smile on my face. Great job ladies!!!
