Top Advantage Surfaces

Just had Top Advantage replace my existing quartz counters in my kitchen after Firenza Stone butchers them beyond repair. I am THRILLED with the service and the seam work done by this crew. They were careful in tearing out the old counters and replacing new ones. I am super particular, and everything looks spotless and I can't wait to shot off my new Cambria counters. I would recommend this company to anyone.

We just had a Cambria quartz countertop installed in our master bath by Top Advantage. They did a beautiful job! Polite, courteous, caring installers. This is the second time we have used this company and most definitely will in the future.

We just had our third Cambria countertop installed by Top Advantage! This company has been at my home no less then seven times in the last 6 months! Their templating skills are less then adequate, somehow they thought you could slip a 5 ft. piece of stone into a 3 ft. space, not only once but twice! They didn’t realize they had to navigate around a wall that has been there for 27 years, even though I tried to explain this to them. After they finally got it right they cut an opening in my counter top that CRACKED TWICE, they tried to blame it on heat from my stove. Are you kidding me, if that were the case they should not be selling the product to be around a heat source! Ultimately, they decided the cracking was due to faulty cutting of the Cambria. On their next to the last visit they had to remove all the attached Cambria, it was glued down to the point where they had to hammer the Cambria into pieces to remove it. Below this counter I had my fine Christmas china, I asked them if I should be removing it, they said no. Upon their last ever visit to my house to reinstall the countertops, they loosened one of the brackets holding the shelf that held by Christmas china and the shelf came crashing down breaking 90% of my china. Their explanation was, “the shelf had too much weight on it”, these dishes were on this shelf for almost a year! They would not accept the theory that their hammering caused the friction that loosened the bracket on that shelf in addition to 3 other shelves that had nothing on them. My general contractor paid for all the replacements. Fast forward 5 days, my son notices the bottom support holding the Cambria has now slipped out of place, this is now 3 days before Christmas. Cambria will not be back to repair this! They are not worth a one star. They are horrible and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone! I am in the real estate profession and I’m asked all the time for referrals, I will never refer Top Advantage or Cambria to any of my clients and I have also notified other agents about the incompetencey of these companies.
