We had the worst experience renting from them! They are constantly changing staff so no one ever knows what’s going on! They also have a hard time sticking to there word! Our first unit had a leak, so they switched us units, and turned our passcode off and didn’t update it! We left back in April and are still waiting on our refund check, they ignore us! Would not recommend this place to anyone!

Shaniqua has been awesome very friendly and great to help me out. Units are very clean and nice has always been plowed when it snows.
Location and access to these units is great. They were clean and secure and everyone we interacted with was awesome. They took great care of us and went above and beyond when their computer system went down and the access gate didn't work. Got me access in minutes despite the problem. Can't say enough good about the people we worked with.
I rented a 10x10 inside unit. It was awesome, clean, spacious and climate controlled. The customer service was good and when I checked out via the dropbox and an e-mail. They got it all straight since I should have filled out an intent to vacate form.
