DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Avoid moving into this park especially if you have children. I currently live here and today we found an infestation of black mold under the trailer. There is a hole in our heating vent making it almost impossible to keep our trailer warm. It took the maintenance guys 2 months to fix the front door which was messed up 3 tennants ago. The back door doesn't latch and it opens into the house which is the wrong direction. The walls are separating from the floor everywhere you look and the landlord does a horrible job of getting back in contact about anything.
Very discrete, middle of nowhere set. I liked it.
It's not a bad place to live
A real dump .the owners won't put a dime in the place .the roads are better on the moon than in this park .the water always has a boil advisory. It's a real joke .a this is 100 % true .if you don't believe me feel free to check it out yourself .better have a fourwheel drive an a sturdy math pipe to get in N out of it .
An up and coming Park that envisions taking what's already been addressed even further. Management changed about a year and a half ago and, since then, things have turned around. New homes are constantly being brought in & fixed up. The community is safe and homes fill quickly. I have visited friends here and I can say that it has changed A LOT. I was so impressed by the difference that I was compelled to write a review. Would definitely recommend.
