Love Dr. Jackson & Dr. Kranz but I am having a very difficult time with the fact that it takes me 15 minutes on hold to even speak to someone to schedule and appointment or speak with someone in the office. I would like to just call in and speak directly with a person! I waited on hold for 30 minutes to speak to a nurse!
I love Dr. Jackson’s office and staff as well, but I agree with the previous reviewer about the phone system. It really is ridiculous that you have to wait forever to speak with someone. Last time, I waited over an hour jst to speak with someone My advice: get rid of the call center and just make it so the phone goes directly to the office.
