Our family has been coming here for over two years now and it’s pretty amazing!nnAs with every other part of our lives- the challenge to accommodate for COVID is daunting. The staff here handle it really well. They are thankfully very strict about their procedures and we feel really safe taking our kids here. The front desk staff person (I want to say her name is Laura...) is most likely the nicest person ever. Super kind, welcoming, and I’m 1000% certain she is constantly smiling under that mask!nnAgainst all odds they pull off the operation flawlessly. Appointments haven’t been rushed, safety is clearly a priority, and both the admin and medical staff are a fantastic team.nnI would recommend adjusting your scheduling and pre-planning as much as possible. While they take walk-ins, this is likely very difficult to accommodate for (they do their best I’m sure) in these tumultuous times. If you truly feel your child is very ill, ER is the obvious choice for emergencies. There is also a nice Urgent Care facility in the same building area that may be better suited to handle walk-in stuff. Being mindful of the new scheduling procedures these superheroes need to accommodate for will set you up for a truly pleasant visit.nnHighly recommend Dr Postma. The absolute tops, my kids love him!

The doctors and staff help me raise my 3 children. They are must awesome doctors when you are an anxious mom with whiny sick children. Thank you Kids in the Sun. You bring us sun and rainbow when we needed you most.

My daughter has just been recently seen here and the Medical Staff was great as usual. My experience with the front desk was terrible though. She had a poor attitude and seemed upset that I resorted to a walk in due to an over hour no call back. She had blond short hair and black square glasses. She kept repeating that right now they do not see sick kids but I did not want to resort to taking her to the ER. It is imposdible for me to know the new Covid policies without a call back or recording stating the new ones. The staff would not give me a name but promised to speak with her. I loved how it was handled but the front desk is your first impression of the Clinic and that was a terrible one. My daughter did end up being seen but hopefully from here on out she is more patient and understanding towards parents learning new policies with their sick children.
