Couldn't be happier with our new home. We are later-in-life first-time builders, so we truly knew nothing about this whole process. All members of Sam Pitzulo's team made this an enjoyable endeavor with their professionalism, communication, etc. as they truly listened to what we desired in a new home.
Sam and his team turned my 32×34 garage into living space including new kitchen, living and dining room and bed room. The whole team were very professional and knowledgeable About their jobs. Chuck did incredible job overseeing the job and paying attention to detail. Would highly recommend this company.
Remodeled KitchennWe contracted Sam Pitzulo Homes and Remodeling to do a total renovation of our kitchen. This was a large project as we had walls removed, windows relocated, and the entire kitchen moved to what was once our dining room. Sam's crew was up to the task ad did an EXCELLENT job. His people were more than friendly, they were genuinely kind. Everyone involved in the project from Sam, Mike, Robyn, Vince and his team and all the subcontractors were excellent and had a very keen attention to detail. Work performed is beyond excellent!! I would highly recommend
If you’re considering remodeling your home, we highly recommend San Pitzulo Homes & Remodeling. We just had both bathrooms remodeled and are very satisfied with the final product. They are a very professional company and strive to please the customer by providing high quality of work with excellent attention to detail. And, a pleasant surprise to me was the effort they put forth in helping to maintain the cleanliness of your home by using a dust barrier system whenever possible and cleaning up at the end of each day. We are very happy we chose Sam Pitzulo Homes & Remodeling and so pleased with our brand new bathrooms!
Would not schedule a meeting with us because they said we did not have enough money for the project. Disappointing that they would not even come out to at least give us a quote or explore options. Will not be using this company.
