From the moment I walked into the store I felt listens to. There were two sales associates that greeted me. They gave me time to look around on my own and then answered any questions I had. They brought over samples for me to look at. They understood my budget and kept me within that price range. They scheduled to measure my home very quickly. Within one week they were installing the carpet. The installers were amazing. They were very fast, efficient, and it looks great! Overall Jade, Kim, and the installation crew exceeded my expectations!
This was our second experience with RiteRug Flooring Outlet. We did our entire main level this time which included our kitchen, dining room and living area. We had them remove the old carpet and laminate flooring and we put a new hard surface flooring that looks outstanding! The process was quick and painless! Pricing was fair and I love how they handle everything from start to finish! Lots of colors and styles in all price ranges to choose from. I will also add that it was only a couple days from order to the time we got the floor installed! Super fast!
They worked with my fiancé and I and helped us figure out what carpet we wanted, along with the padding. They came to our home to measure and give us a price and got the carpet installed two days after. We were amazed at how quickly the crew was in and out. They moved our furniture out of the rooms that were getting the carpet and put the items back where they were once the new carpet was down. We had an excellent experience, not to mention it was cheaper than any other place we had looked into.

Two very hard working installers for 1600 sq.ft. install and removable of old carpet and pad. Moved furniture from 7 rooms with no damage. Excellent install and very little clean up.
