Wonderful, helpful staff and a clean, well-maintained facility for during our RV.
I just started using IN Self Storage and so far its been awesome! They are really well organized and super clean! The set up process was super easy. I didn't have a lock and they delivered one to me, it was awesome! In Self storage is my first choice for a storage unit!

Great facility with excellent customer service. Paul answered every question and was a great help, and I dig the whole kiosk set up. Very cool.
They are very friendly helpful when ever I have had any questions. On top of any problem that was there before they took over. Fixed all asap you feel like family. Thanks Paul and Allicyn. Have one problem they raised my monthly fee up $25 a month more the day they took over. You would think a customer that has been there over 6 yrs not once was or have ever been late on payments that they would not do that to. In fact I pay more fore my middle size storage unit than what they charge for their biggest units to new customers. I don't get that time to look for another place bigger and will pay less than what they are charging me for. And when I asked them why all I got was it's comparable to other units that size I say bull been checking and they are sooo not honest. And $25 more is way more than I should or would be paying elsewhere.
