I got my engagement ring from Kay’s almost 3 years ago and ran into A LOT of issues with it. I almost didn’t go back to Kay’s (Steubenville location) until Caron helped me find a ring I love and won’t have issues with! She is absolutely amazing and because of her I got another ring from Kay’s and will continue to do business with as long as she is there with her great customer service and honesty! Thank you Caron!

My wife loved the ring I picked out. I shopped and cane the next day to buy it but someone already nabbed it!! They ordered me another and got it engraved and resized and we love it. No buyers remorse here!
