It used to be affordable, not anymore. With no improvements at all they have raised the monthly rates by $29 in less than a year. It is a dumpy place, that is no longer affordable. Go elsewhere.
It's not the fanciest, which I am ok with because it keeps it affordable! The units are safe and the customer service is good.
I have been reaching out via email and tried calling for the last week and have not been helped/the phone hasn't been answered once. I have called during hours of operation as well.
Nice facility and great prices. Recently stored some items there while I was staying in Lehi. Very nice staff and the storage units were clean and secure.
