Nice people and easy to work with, but I’m not completely satisfied with my current purchase.nnWe ran into this store at the Pittsburgh Home and Garden show this last year. We were expecting a baby and they had an awesome glider. I put in the order for it, and picked it up a couple months later. It sat for awhile unused until the baby was born. Now it gets light use when we are rocking the baby to sleep. When the baby was about 1 month old the rocker developed a really loud popping sound. The baby is now 3 months old, and the glider is mostly unused again because of the popping noise. It’s obviously not the best for getting a tired baby to sleep.nnI’m very picky with rocking furniture because the creaks and pops drive me nuts. So, I thought this chair (about $1000) would be of high enough quality that it would last for more than a month of use before any sounds developed. This was obviously not the case.nnI have not gotten back in touch with Country Hill, but plan to do so soon. It’s just about a 2 hr drive each way, and not an easy trip (especially if it takes 2 trips to get fixed) with a new baby.nnI wanted to love the chair, but I don’t.

Excellent place to shop for indoor an outdoor furniture. Prices are excellent. Best in the area in my opinion. They will do their best to help make custom orders (within reason). We love to shop here. The owners are helpful and friendly.
