Drury Inn & Suites Findlay

The room was clean and quiet. The TV remote did not work but the WiFi is free so I just watched something on my phone. Bathroom was clean and shower water was hot. Exactly what I needed! Delighted by a full, delicious breakfast in the morning. Just needed a solid hotel night and I’m so grateful to Drury Inn & Suites Findlay. This tired Mama got a relaxing and restful night of sleep!

Our stay was very nice the rooms were nice and clean and the bed very comfortable and customer service was good. The supper and cocktails were very good. The breakfast was hot and awesome which most places now don't do a hot breakfast because of covid-19. And we were in the pool for hours loved it. Most definitely will be staying again.

Very nice place in my opinion. Room is very clean. Staff is very polite. The best place I’ve stayed at so far. Nice to actually relax in peace.

This hotel is really like no other hotel I've ever stayed at. The hospitality that the workers have is exceptional. This is my second time staying here with my 2 sons, husband, and mother. We actually returned because of how wonderful the experience was the first time around. The front staff was so accommodating. The manager told me she had upgraded our room so that we had more space as 3 adults. I would have never asked for this but the fact that she wanted to make sure we were exceptionally comfortable blew me away. We also went down for happy hour but having 2 sons makes it difficult to take away from any pool time. They went down to swim with my husband and my mother came with me to pick up dinner. Patrick was willing to give us anything we could possibly need to enjoy a wonderful dinner. Not only was he polite and genuinely happy but when my mother asked him if they had any baked beans (my 4 year old loved them from our last stay) Pat didn't hesitate to go warm him up some. I forgot to ask the name of his coworker but she was right there bagging our food up and making sure we had our utensils and anything else we might need. This morning before check out my mother, myself and 4 year old went down to breakfast. There we met Mary Jayne. She instantly became my sons new best friend. She took the time to acknowledge him and ask him exactly what he wanted. This may sound silly but everyone even a 4 year old likes to be noticed. It really made his whole morning which in turn made mine. This hotel is wonderful and I will be returning with any extra time we have. My children always have a blast and love meeting new people. Thank you for such a fantastic getaway.

Excellent customer service, the 2 meal per day and drinks. Best value for my 64th Birthday. Thank you to whole team that worked this weekend. 2-12-21 ;2-15-21. Team work.
