This hotel doesn’t even deserve “1 star”. I only put “1” because “0” was not an option. Upon arrival I instantly noticed toenail clippings and Ancient dust under the nightstand next to the bed. I was so disgusted I instantly called the front desk and requested they switch me to a cleaner room. The lady who switched my room was very nice and appreciated me for not being so angry about the situation even though I was very very upset. The room that I switched to was next to the highway which made my nights long and miserable. Sound machine didn’t do any justice. Also not to mention behind the bed in this new room was filled with dust debris. The pillows felt very old and squishy. Felt like I was sleeping on a bag of mushed potatoes, However the king size mattress was fairly comfortable. But under the mattress at the head board was strains of long hair. I was on a 4 week project for my job, that Ultimately turned into 2. I couldn’t bare another 2 weeks.
Always a pleasure staying here. Whenever I am visiting our plant, I stay at this Hampton Inn. Has the sweets shop, for late cravings. Has a large dinning room for breakfast service. Rooms have the fridge and coffee maker. Haven't used the key app yet. Should for as many times I misplace keys!nnRight down the street from many restaraunt and a Walmart. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot as well.
Lobby was very dirty and run down looking. Was greeted by a very unprofessional young man who said the computer wasnt working, we waited 10 minutes before he said he would check us in on a different console. upon going into our room the smoke detector was beeping. We were moved to another room after another 15 minutes of waiting and multiple attempts of programming a key card to the room. Wifi was not working. Room was semi clean but there were candy pieces along the edge of the bed on the floor. Bathtub had mildew in the caulk. No mention or offer of a breakfast in the morning, had to ask for a coffee. Dining room was closed off. Location was a convenient after a long drive but not impressed with it being such a high named hotel chain. There needs to be some updates made, carpeting and furnishings are worn and stained.

The staff here are very mean and over dramatic. They constantly harass they’re guests and accuse guests of things. I highly recommend reconsidering your choice if your planning on staying here anytime soon. I will never come back here again.
