This hotel goes beyond expectations! Beginning with a friendly, personable greeting and introduction. Ravi excels in customer service and getting you booked and informed. There isn't a crevice with dust. This place is top notch clean and has crisp decor that feels so fresh. It is full of great amenities. We did not use the pool but looked into it, it's a beautiful set up. We so enjoyed the hot coffee, tea, and hot chocolate set up with great variety, available anytime! Free complementary waters. The room is so spacious, full of comforts. Clean is to put it lightly. It is immaculately cared for. The pull out sofa that usually has the creaky noise is non existent. The sofa bed almost felt like it had a mattress topper on it. No creaking. The queen beds so comfortable. Many pillows and blankets to layer for personal comfort. And the bathrooms! Not only spacious which is great for a family of 5 but also has amazing high quality products to use in the shower. Everything is just so wonderful. Our family of 5 was so pleased after 17 hours of driving. I couldn't recommend this hotel more! Thank you Ravi and company for an exceptional stay.

We had a pretty nice stay. The front desk lady (I think maybe her name is Christina?) Was super friendly and accommodating. We did have leftover fridge in the food and a rag left in the shower, but besides that the room seemed very clean and it was very comfortable. Upon making our reservation we were informed that the pool heater was recently fixed but was told it would be warmer in the morning. (It was freezing so we weren't really able to enjoy it which was disappointing, but they did kind of give us a heads up). We were disappointed at checkout when we were informed that our AAA discount wasn't applied like it was supposed to be and the person was unable to change the rate.

Checking experience was nice the gentleman was very helpful and assisting me with my request of a higher floor highly recommend this establishment very clean.

Great holiday inn. Would rather have a suite but rooms are clean and amenities are good. Staff is nice and breakfast is great considering most places don't even have it.
