It's a nice place, not fancy, but a good place to lay your head.
The stay was fine. Being over charged for days my husband didn’t stay and then after disputing the charges to our bank they sent another charge taking half of what we disputed. They did not answer phones properly to help resolve the issue and then blamed us for the problem. Will not be back.
I'm originally from Findlay and visit usually during the Holidays. This has become my go-to hotel. It may need some upgrades to the decor, but the beds are soft and the shower hot. I think I've stayed here my last 3 or 4 trips to the city.
Cleaning staff never knocks to see if we need anything. Sat the trash outside the door and it got picked up FOUR DAYS later. Came here for the bagged breakfast. Most of the time they don't have any. Not worth the money!!
Staff is very friendly and room was good for price.
