I’ve taken several of Valerie’s classes and they are wonderful! She has lots of offerings depending on what kind of yoga you like. I’ve seen young and elder people in the classes and she makes sure her classes are tailored to who comes to class. Highly recommend!
I love practicing in this studio! It’s right downtown, yet so peaceful, and I love the energy in the room. Val is a wonderful teacher who truly cares about her students and her sequences are thoughtful and catered to students’ needs. Love it!
