Hired Luke to do a job, being that my dad had referred him and had great things to say about him. We waited and waited and waited, we ripped down our old awning/porch, (so we would be ready for him, I also broke my ankle in the process) we called him numerous times for an ETA. Luke continued to tell us he had us on his list and would be coming within a month. Welp spring and summer went by and no Luke. Once again after several calls he again said “I’ll be there, I’m coming.” And no Luke ever. Finally, we gave our last few calls and texts and Luke didn’t respond at all. If he didn’t want the job or couldn’t do it, a simple, hey I’m not gonna do it would have worked with no hard feelings. We turned down several great offers to have Luke do the job, since he knew my dad so well. SMH. I would definitely not recommend this company at all. Oh and ps please stop sending us Christmas cards as we are not friends. You know you were really wrong for this.
Responded quickly. Showed up on time. Repaired my sunroof which was hit by a tree. Did a great job!!
Luke showed up when he said he would and fixed our problems right away! Great job!
Worst contractor ever. Everything he touched was messed up in some way.
$10K later.... The kitchen ceiling collapsed after putting in a new bathroom because the drain wasn't connected. He patched up the ceiling in a very half hazzard way and it looks terrible. Now we have to get the ceilings re textured. Our plumbing is clogged because he put drywall crumbs and other construction material down the drain. Our window has a huge crack in it now. This is probably the worst contracting experience I've ever had. The work he did was ok but the damage caused along the way made me wonder if we should have just waited for more reputable contractor.
