You need to only enter through the Emergency Rooms doors. As of this past Monday UH facilities require a surgical mask. They are very willing to provide one ud83dude37they have a lot of signage about the entrance.

We were there for tests including Radiology. Upon entering, everyone was very helpful. We needed a wheel chair and it was close by the entrance. Becca from Radiology was very caring and efficient. She kept us posted and everything went well. She was kind enough to wheel the patient out and wished us well.

My girlfriend was admitted today and the clerks at the ER refused to take down my phone number so i could be notified of her condition and status. Instead they handed me a paper of Covid 19 procedures and told me it was my responsibility to call THEM to check on her.nnIm well aware and very compliant with covid regulations and this was not done for safety or concern but just to get me out of the window.nnSo here i am writing this review 2 hours after my spouse was taken in an ambulance with no updates or expectations to recieve any. Will be filing a complaint higher up about the rudeness

I went there today for a meeting to talk about my experience with a procedure at Geneva hospital. Some of my nurses were there too. What a beautiful bunch of people. If you have something done and you get a chance to complement the staff please do. If you get a call asking you to talk about your experience....please take the time to do so. Please give the medical professionals the credit they are due. Jane G. Is the one who called me after I left a message about the wonderful nurses staff. I gave a testimonial today for the wonderful group of nurses I had during a procedure at Geneva. If you ever have the opportunity to do this please do it. It not only helps us as patients but it also helps the medical staff. Remember it’s always nice to hear when you are a great job!! I’d like to thank Jane for the opportunity and let them all know I appreciate them!
