What a racket.... had a case when Freddy was a lawyer in private practice... couldn’t make it so he put on a robe... got a ticket from an airplane with the wrong color and wrong make of car.... he found me guilty.... he’s as crooked as they come...

I got an (unjust) speeding ticket in Ashland a few weeks ago. Paid my fine reluctantly and the office claimed they received my check late and charged me additional fees. My check was dated before the due date as proof that I sent in my payment on time. I am not sure who is operating this office and town but agree with previous reviewer who believes the system in Ashland is corrupt. Not to mention- Lets get after some real criminals.

I got a speeding ticket. I decided went to this court, but lost the case. forced to pay the ticket and court fees. I have to pay cash because other method payments will cost me extra. After months later, my car insurance went up. This is an awful experience. Never again... speeding-- not worth it. Of course, going to this court is tedious and awful experience as well.

This is a Kangaroo Court. The rulings are unjust. I was ticketed by officer Brown and falsely accused of speeding. At the time Brown pull me over, I asked him to show me his laser. The laser did not match the speed Brown stated I was going. When in court Brown admitted that the laser had a different reading then what he put on my ticket. Brown and the Courts lawyer could not produce any proof that it was actually me he clocked or proof of the speed he accused me of going. I also had a witness with me at the time I was pulled over. Despite me having a eye witness to the event and how it happened and officer Brown not having any proof of his accusations or proof that he checked his laser prior to his shift, the magistrate still ruled in his favor. After the trial was over, Officer Brown proceeded to go to one of the back offices where he socialized with someone of the very same person involved in my court hearing. I feel that this is a fixed court system. They rule unjustly and unfairly at the expense of those who are actually innocent.
