I left a returned package out for the UPS to pick up. From my video camera the USPS Carrier picked that up while delivering the mail. I am going to file a police report for this case. Be aware.
I watched my mailman drop a piece of mail from his hand, he watched as it hit the ground 15' away from my mailbox and then DROVE AWAY! Too lazy to get out and pick it up!!! UNREAL!!!!!! And, to top it off, it was a VERY IMPORTANT piece of mail. NOT HAPPY!! To make matters worse, you cannot speak to anyone at the post office to make a complaint!!!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE
On West Factory Road I am consistently getting My neighbor's mail They are not taking time to read the addresses . Never had this problem Years ago These postal workers are either in too much of a hurry Or just sloppy And do not take pride in their jobs.
New to this area, took package to the post office at 915am on Dec 10, today is the 15th, it is not even showing they received and checked in the package! WTH!!! I NEED a reliable shipping service
I always appreciate the friendly service from the people that work here on Saturday mornings.nThe gentleman who delivers our mail also a great person!!
