Was told that they cleaned wedding dresses. Was quoted $40 - $50. An hour later the price had risen to $75. An hour after that they hinted that they wanted $200 but were afraid that they couldn’t please me so I was asked to pick up the dress. Beware of this business. Get everything in writing up front.
First time I ever went to Capitol cleaners and my shirts still had stain around the neck. I thought they were supposed to clean them.
Been going to this.cleaner for years have no idea what happened but they are jow terrible. Repeated Hidden costs - overcharged repeatedly. Poor pressing - sweaters pilled not pilled when dropped off- clothes not cleaned. Rude and unprofessional staff. The lady currently at the desk as in the last three times - my daughter asked why is she always mad. No idea. I will gladly take my business elsewhere. Find another cleaner don't waste your time or money.

Pants returned with the hem out. After asking if they could fix since they caused. I have been ignored and no one replies to me. Pretty understandable that things happen, but this has caused them to lose my business.
